What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a strategic process that focuses on helping an individual achieve a goal and grow. Working with the mind, body and soul to achieve your desired outcome. 

How long is therapy?

Being a solution focused psychotherapist, the goal is for the client to move on as efficient as possible . Therapy will provide the tools to do so however the client has to be willing to put in work as well. Therapy will always move at the pace of the client. 

What can be expected from therapy?

Clients are expected to be open and honest. Therapy is a very intimate process because you are allowing yourself to be vulnerable. Because of this, it is very important that the client feels safe and secure with the therapist. Clients are expected to show up on time and be prepared with an issue that they like to discuss so that the best services are being given.
